(Remote) Application Consultant

Job Description

• Remote, full-time Application Consultant role with Cayenta/Harris Computer, open to candidates anywhere in Canada and the US.
• Support the CayOps program and existing utility clients by improving day-to-day operations, configuring applications, and delivering client technology solutions.
• Perform business analysis, including gap analysis, root cause analysis, process reviews, documentation, and requirements elicitation; lead user acceptance testing and change management.
• Train users, create user and handover documentation, resolve implementation issues, support project managers, and ensure milestones are delivered efficiently.
• Requires utility customer meter-to-cash and utility CIS knowledge, business and IT experience, approximately 25% North American travel, a valid passport, and eligibility for required international travel visas.
