Job Description
• Lead the daily activities of hourly manufacturing Associates on the 1st shift at the Portland, TN manufacturing facility.
• Set up production lines according to customer orders, production schedules, and customer specifications.
• Monitor safety, quality, production quantities, housekeeping, and shift delays; escalate issues to supervisors or management.
• Train new associates, document training, and collaborate with supervisors and other leaders to address inefficiencies.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of lead experience, and at least 2 years of industrial-environment experience.
• Full-time, day-shift, on-site role; salary range is $22.55, with no pay unit specified.
