Job Description

• Associate on Global Infrastructure Partners’ investment team evaluating and executing infrastructure investments across energy, transportation, digital infrastructure, and water and waste sectors.
• Conduct market research, financial modeling, valuation, accounting analysis, underwriting, transaction structuring, diligence, and project management.
• Support platform investments, add-on investments, divestitures, financings, transaction negotiations, and portfolio companies.
• Requires 2–3 years of investment banking or private equity investing experience, or 3–5 years in relevant industry companies or consulting; requires a bachelor’s degree with a strong GPA.
• Hybrid New York role requiring at least 4 days per week in the office; salary is USD$135,000.00–USD$180,000.00 plus potential discretionary bonus.
