Job Description

• Full-time, 12-month Human Resources Management Trainee program with hands-on, on-site rotations across all business sectors at one of JBS & Pilgrim's 60+ U.S. locations.
• Support HR operations spanning hiring, onboarding, orientation, EEOC, recruitment, investigations, training and development, payroll, policy enforcement, performance management, and talent development.
• Develop HR programs, coordinate Glint engagement surveys, analyze absenteeism and turnover metrics, partner with local unions, and work with Operations on policy adherence.
• Complete a KPI-driven business project, attend three leadership development sessions in Greeley, CO, and receive final-placement training during the last four months with the goal of entering a leadership role.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree, cumulative GPA of at least 2.5, ability to lift 50 lbs. or more, willingness to work different shifts and occasional weekends, flexibility to relocate, and successful post-offer drug, alcohol, and background checks; salary starts at $61,000-$64,500.
