Job Description

• Full-time 2027 KBCM Investment Banking Summer Analyst internship at KeyBank in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work approach prioritizing in-office presence.
• Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis on public and private companies, including comparable company, precedent transaction, leveraged and discounted cash flow analyses.
• Draft offering memoranda, internal committee memoranda, client pitch books, and management and board presentations across transaction executions from pitch through closing.
• Requires a rising junior in a four-year undergraduate program with finance, economics, or accounting coursework, graduating by May 2028, with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Compensation is $29/hour plus overtime eligibility and a $2,000 Summer Analyst sign-on bonus; application deadline is October 7, 2026.
