Job Description

• Entry-level, full-time HR leadership role in Aramark's 2027 Management Accelerator Program, based in Philadelphia, PA and supporting client-site operations across the United States.
• Consult with managers on employment policies and compliance; investigate employee complaints from the hotline and other sources, conduct interviews, document findings, and recommend resolutions.
• Manage leave-of-absence cases, including administration, case management, and compliance with employment laws and related policies.
• Review daily dashboard metrics against service level agreements, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and support HR projects and SharePoint audits.
• Requires a bachelor's degree completed before program start, graduation between December 2026 and August 2027, demonstrated leadership experience, strong communication skills, schedule flexibility, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship; salary is $60,000.
