Job Description
• Ten-week Investment Banking Summer Analyst internship supporting M&A and Public Equity transactions in the healthcare and life science industries.
• Prepare client presentations, transaction-related materials, valuation analyses, and financial models.
• Review business plans, conduct market research, analyze financial statements, and perform due diligence on live deals and major transactions.
• Requires an exemplary academic record and progress toward an undergraduate degree in May 2029; Finance, Accounting, and/or Life Sciences concentration preferred.
• Requires strong analytical, financial accounting, modeling, research, communication, interpersonal, presentation, collaboration, independence, and attention-to-detail skills.
