Job Description
• Lead a team of 5-10 welders and metal finishers while auditing projects to ensure quality and deadlines are met.
• Weld precision sheet-metal parts for defense, data center, oil and gas, and other industrial applications.
• Read blueprints and weld light-gauge, tight-tolerance cold rolled steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts across prototype and medium production runs.
• Set fixtures and layouts and perform MIG/TIG precision welding and custom welds in a job-shop environment.
• Requires 5+ years of MIG welding experience, lead welding experience, and proficiency welding from blueprints; fully onsite in St Paul, MN, at $30.00-$38.00/hr on a Contract to Hire basis.
