Job Description
• Full-time, onsite, market-facing Account Executive / Strategic Growth Manager role in San Jose, CA, with an additional Silicon Valley office option in Los Gatos.
• Drive net-new revenue by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing residential real estate agents, teams, and brokerages.
• Conduct consultative discovery, deliver tailored enterprise-style technology platform demonstrations, position the company’s value proposition, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, proven quota-carrying success, strong communication and influence skills, high organization, judgment, and tech-focused presentation ability.
• Compensation is $110,000–$120,000 base annually, plus a $30,000–$60,000 target bonus, uncapped bonus potential, and possible equity; deal sizes range from $75K to $5M+.
