Job Description
• Account Manager, Temp Control role with Echo Global Logistics in Elk Grove Village, IL; full-time and office-based/on-site.
• Own the strategy, performance, profitability, operational excellence, growth, and client satisfaction of assigned temperature-controlled transportation accounts.
• Manage strategic relationships with 5–8 major accounts and 25–50 growth-potential accounts; lead Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews and conduct required in-person client visits.
• Analyze service, profitability, revenue, pricing, capacity, churn risk, and growth KPIs while developing expansion plans across transportation, warehousing, and other offerings.
• Requires at least 5 years of customer-account management experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation; refrigerated transportation, LTL, partial truckload, pricing, billing, presentation, and executive communication expertise.
