Account Manager in Training

Job Description

• Full-time Account Manager-in-Training role in Columbia, MD, supporting HVAC sales and customer solutions through a 12- to 18-month rotational development program.
• Rotate through warehouse, inside sales and operations, and outside sales while learning HVAC products, order fulfillment, customer inquiries, proposals, pricing, contracts, and account planning.
• Develop customer relationships, identify buying influencers, resolve customer problems, and collaborate with Havtech Group businesses.
• Participate in Daikin Commercial Bootcamp 101, consultative sales training, and manufacturer training covering Daikin, Bosch, GPS, United CoolAir, Camus, and other represented manufacturers.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related major within eight months, or at least two years of HVAC industry experience, plus a valid driver’s license; salary is $60,000–$70,000 per year.
