Account Receivable (AR) Specialist

Job Description

• Full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist role with Retrofête in New York, NY; work mode is not specified.
• Manage the wholesale AR portfolio for major and specialty fashion accounts, including collections, cash applications, account reconciliation, disputes, claims, and payment holds.
• Maintain AR aging reports, statements, portfolio trackers, vendor portal invoices, prepayment requests, credit terms, tax documentation, and billing accuracy.
• Requires 3-5 years of accounting experience focused on accounts receivable; fashion wholesale/retail experience is strongly preferred.
• Requires ERP/accounting systems experience, NetSuite strongly preferred, advanced Excel, Google Workspace, GL accounting and revenue recognition knowledge; salary is $70,000-$80,000.
