Account Receivable Specialist

Job Description

• Own the full Accounts Receivable lifecycle, including invoicing, payment tracking, account reconciliation, cash application, and month-end close support.
• Drive collections and cash flow by executing collection strategies, reducing DSO, resolving payment delays, and escalating high-risk accounts appropriately.
• Build scalable AR systems, processes, reporting, controls, and automation using Tesorio or similar collections platforms.
• Produce weekly AR aging and collections reports; track DSO, collection effectiveness, overdue balances, and payment risk.
• Requires 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections; ERP/accounting-system experience; SaaS, tech, startup, enterprise/B2B, and SaaS billing familiarity are relevant.
• Full-time, on-site Finance role in San Francisco, CA; compensation is $100,000–$140,000 plus equity.
