Job Description

• Contract Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist role with Vaco LLC in Placentia, CA; onsite work mode.
• Provide Accounts Payable support by verifying invoices, performing three-way PO matching, processing weekly payment proposals, reconciling vendor statements, and resolving discrepancies.
• Support Accounts Receivable and the Credit Manager with selected-account collections, customer invoice inquiries, and invoice-copy requests.
• Requires Accounts Payable experience, three-way PO matching experience, Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and collaboration.
• Approximately 3-month maternity leave coverage; pay is $25-$30/hr DOE and an Excel assessment is required.
