Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, approvals, payment processing, vendor records, and statement reconciliation.
• Administer credit card, expense, employee reimbursement, mileage, patient deposit, prepaid expense, fixed asset, and capital purchase activity.
• Support general ledger accounting through journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end accruals, and close activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, audit standards, capitalization requirements, and internal controls.
• Contract-to-permanent, full-time role in West Bloomfield, MI, within a multi-site healthcare practice; compensation is $28.50–$33.00/hour.
