Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Accounts Receivable Associate supporting Avflight Accounting in Ann Arbor, MI, within the aviation and fixed-base operator (FBO) industry.
• Performs cash application, batch reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, airline invoicing, customer pricing, aging follow-up, and collection support.
• Uses Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, plus accounting software for data entry and financial operations.
• Requires an Associate's Degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent experience and 2+ years of comparable Accounts Receivable experience.
• Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, accuracy, integrity, customer service, and multitasking skills; must be able to sit at a computer for prolonged periods and lift 15 pounds.
