Accounts Receivable Associate

Job Description

• Accounts Receivable Associate supporting the finance department at US1635 Greco Wisconsin (Bellissimo Distribution, LLC) in Oak Creek, WI; full-time position with work mode not specified.
• Process, post, reconcile, and resolve customer invoices, payments, short pays, skipped invoices, and discrepancies.
• Apply cash/checks to customer accounts, scan/file invoices, issue customer A/R statements, and prepare monthly or ad hoc A/R reporting.
• Entry-level role; a Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong verbal and written communication, English fluency, and the ability to analyze data and make logical recommendations.
