• Perform daily accounts receivable activities, including accurate invoice and transaction processing, for an Energy/Natural Resources team.
• Manage invoicing and payment workflows using OpenInvoice and Ariba while complying with customer requirements.
• Review balances, follow up with clients on overdue payments, and support timely collections.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate customer and payment records.
• Contract assignment lasting approximately 12 weeks for leave-of-absence coverage; compensation is $22.80–$26.40/hour, with no degree requirement mentioned.
