Job Description
• Full-time, onsite Accounts Receivable Specialist role with LHH in Glendale, AZ, Monday through Friday.
• Manage customer invoicing, payment application, account reconciliation, aging reports, billing discrepancies, credit memos, and light collections.
• Handle lien filing processes, conditional and unconditional lien waivers, and audit-ready records, including month-end close support.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of recent accounts receivable or billing/collections experience, and experience with accounting or ERP systems.
• Pays $25.00-$27.00 per hour depending on prior experience; contractor position.
