Job Description
• Manage full-cycle, high-volume Accounts Receivable activities for a premier food manufacturer in North Andover, MA.
• Generate invoices, post cash receipts and ACH/wire payments in NetSuite, and perform remote check deposits.
• Research, process, and reconcile complex customer deductions, chargebacks, and short payments through retail/customer portals.
• Reconcile AR sub-ledgers, resolve billing discrepancies, support collections, and communicate with B2B customers.
• Requires 3+ years of full-cycle AR experience, preferably in manufacturing; Food/C3PG manufacturing experience is a major plus.
• Requires hands-on NetSuite or comparable ERP experience, MS Excel proficiency, customer portal experience, and a bachelor's degree; full-time, first shift, 8 AM–4 PM, $27–$30/hour.
