Job Description

• Full-time financial operations role in North Palm Beach, FL, supporting invoice processing, reconciliations, reporting, and expense oversight.
• Manage invoice workflows, approvals, transaction entry, payment coordination, vendor account reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations, investigate variances, and maintain accurate financial records and internal reports.
• Use QuickBooks and support accounting processes related to NetSuite implementation; maintain documentation aligned with internal controls.
• Requires an experienced, highly organized, detail-oriented professional comfortable working with vendors, internal stakeholders, and leadership; no degree is required or mentioned.
