Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager

Job Description

• Lead daily accounts receivable, billing, collections, cash application, and credit oversight activities in an on-site Flower Mound, TX role.
• Supervise and coach a small accounts receivable team, including workload management, training, performance feedback, and employee relations processes.
• Ensure accurate, timely invoicing and payment posting while monitoring customer creditworthiness, account limits, and credit guideline exceptions.
• Produce recurring reports covering invoicing, aging trends, cash receipts, and adjustments, and manage escalations such as lien filings.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that strengthen billing accuracy, collection procedures, cash flow, and customer account management.
