Acquisitions Associate

Job Description

• Full-time Acquisitions Associate role with Resolution Venture Capital in San Diego, CA; hybrid flexibility with some remote work and frequent travel for property visits and stakeholder meetings.
• Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities, conduct market and property analysis, perform due diligence, and assist with acquisition negotiations and structuring.
• Build relationships with brokers, sellers, and industry professionals while conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and maintaining CRM records.
• Bachelor’s degree required; real estate investment, acquisitions, or related experience and distressed housing market knowledge are preferred but listed as pluses.
• Requires strong analytical, research, communication, negotiation, organizational, and independent/teamwork skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to travel frequently.
