Adjunct Med Surg Clinical Instructor( nights)

Job Description

• Teach Med-Surg nursing students as an adjunct clinical instructor, serving as a mentor, role model, facilitator, and academic support resource.
• Manage clinical instruction, including student placements, clinical expectations, care planning, safety assessment, conferences, and performance feedback.
• Apply varied teaching methodologies, contribute to course and curriculum assessment, improve class materials and syllabi, and maintain scholarly activities.
• Requires a Master’s degree in nursing, professional nurse licensure, at least 2 years of acute-care direct patient-care RN experience, and at least 1 year of experience in the teaching field.
• Requires compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, governmental requirements, state authorization agencies, and state Board of Nursing standards; location is North Hollywood, CA.
