Job Description
• Full-time, on-site Advisor Sales Manager role with Mutual of Omaha in Denver, CO, requiring local travel of up to 65%.
• Coach and develop financial representatives through hands-on training in sales strategies, prospecting, marketing, activity management, and field development.
• Requires an active Life & Health License and 3–5 years of experience selling needs-based insurance and financial products, including Life, DI, LTC, and Annuities.
• Requires FINRA registrations: SIE and Series 6/7 or equivalent within 6 months; Series 63 if applicable; Series 65/66 within 6 months of becoming a Registered Representative; and Series 24/26 within 18 months.
• First-year total compensation target is $100k-$120k; Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience, recruiting and talent-development experience, and insurance product expertise are preferred.
