Job Description
• Remote, full-time Agile Coach role with CACI supporting the JTMS program and U.S. Government missions.
• Facilitates ART events, PI Planning, Inspect and Adapt events, large-scale planning, product delivery, and continuous improvement using SAFe.
• Coaches executives, leaders, Agile teams, RTEs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers, and other SAFe roles; manages and mentors Scrum Masters and the RTE.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, seven (7) years of related experience, two (2) years coaching SAFe implementations, and Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) certification.
• Requires U.S. citizenship, Secret clearance eligibility, and ability to pass an IT-1 background investigation; salary range is $75,200-$158,100 with up to 10% travel.
