Job Description
• Agile Coach and servant leader responsible for coaching, mentoring, training, and facilitating Lean-Agile practices across PPL’s product organization.
• Requires 7+ years of related experience or 10+ years of IT value delivery experience, including SAFe/Agile, Lean, and product leadership; requires a Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of IT value delivery experience.
• Requires SPC with endorsements, ASPC with endorsements, SSM, POPM, SAFe for Teams, RTE, and other specified SAFe certifications; experience in highly regulated environments, ideally utilities, is preferred.
• Leads Agile ceremonies, Epic/Feature/Story workshops, coaching plans, assessments, Scrum of Scrums, communities of practice, Agile training, and continuous improvement using Planview, ADO, and Miro.
• Full-time hybrid role requiring three days onsite weekly in Allentown, PA; Louisville, KY; or Providence, RI; may include Release Train Engineer responsibilities and emergency/storm assignments requiring after-hours work.
