Job Description

• Facilitate Agile delivery for software development teams using Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Team or Teams, remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and encourage accountability and ownership.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, manage risks and conflicts, and align teams on project goals.
• Analyze and report team performance metrics to provide actionable insights and support decision-making; collaborate across multiple teams as a subject matter expert.
• Requires a minimum of 6 years of experience, HS Diploma or GED, and Master proficiency in Agile Fundamentals; Expert proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management preferred. Hybrid onsite in Charlotte, NC 3 days per week; full-time fixed-duration project-based role.
