Job Description

• Remote, full-time AI Agent Engineer — Compliance role at Hipp Health in the healthcare/healthtech industry.
• Design and ship AI agents for documentation review, workflow compliance, policy checks, operational quality assurance, and high-stakes human-review workflows.
• Build retrieval, evaluation, citation, evidence-trail, audit-log, versioning, and change-management infrastructure grounded in payer rules, contracts, policies, and internal guidance.
• Requires demonstrated AI-agent or substantial LLM-product experience, strong production software engineering, Python or TypeScript proficiency, and experience with APIs, databases, document systems, or internal services.
• No prescribed years of experience; healthcare, HIPAA, SOC 2, payer requirements, audit processes, policy engines, RBAC, data retention, and responsible-AI experience are preferred.
