AI-First Business & Data Analyst

Job Description

• Analyze business processes, requirements, and operational data for improvement opportunities and strategic decision-making within Cognizant’s AI-powered BPO and Intelligent Automation practice.
• Use Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Codex, Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other analytics tools to conduct research, analysis, documentation, and generate actionable insights.
• Support Agentic AI solution design and adoption by identifying use cases, documenting requirements, refining prompts, and validating business outcomes.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, process maps, and recommendations for enterprise clients and stakeholders.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; recent graduates are welcome. Must be willing to relocate to Chicago, IL or Teaneck, NJ, and Cognizant cannot provide U.S. work authorization sponsorship, including CPT/OPT.
