Job Description
• Entry-level AI Knowledge Platform Analyst/Associate role at Stellix in Foxborough, MA, supporting enterprise AI, knowledge management, and workflow automation in a consulting and engineering environment.
• Build, test, refine, document, and quality-assure Glean agents for contract review, proposal development, knowledge retrieval, document generation, and other multi-step workflows.
• Organize and curate content across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Confluence, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and related systems; support Glean Collections, knowledge-gap remediation, and reusable intellectual property development.
• Support AI-enabled workflows, prototypes, user onboarding, training, adoption, governance, documentation, permissions, and audit readiness using Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Automate.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field; recent graduate or graduating by start date; U.S. work authorization required.
• Full-time, primarily on-site: 5 days per week for the first 4–6 months, then 4 days per week on-site; base salary $65,000–$75,000 plus variable compensation.
