AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description

• Develop and improve machine learning, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and forecasting models in a hybrid Des Moines, IA role.
• Analyze complex data with Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn; evaluate model performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with analysts, business stakeholders, decision-makers, and leadership to solve business problems and shape AI/ML methodologies.
• Requires 1-3+ years of AI, machine learning, data science, or advanced analytics experience; strong statistical modeling, predictive analytics, SQL, and data analysis skills.
• Direct-hire permanent, full-time position paying $80,000-$100,000 base annually; employer cannot provide sponsorship and cannot hire C2C.
