Job Description
• Executive Director role overseeing technology operational risk for large, complex AI/ML programs and systems across JPMorgan Chase in Tampa, FL.
• Leads operational-risk oversight for engineering organizations developing AI/ML platforms and data-serving capabilities, including thematic analysis of related risks and events.
• Assesses technology and cybersecurity practices, threat exposures, and AI/ML operational and cyber risks; challenges first-line mitigation strategies and execution.
• Requires 15+ years of technology experience, strong AI/ML expertise, technology and cyber assessment knowledge, and understanding of AI/ML threat landscapes and mitigations.
• Partners with technology, risk, functional stakeholders, and operational risk officers to strengthen controls and support resilient, responsible AI/ML adoption.
