AI/MLOps Lead

Job Description

• Lead the full machine learning lifecycle, from use-case analysis and data-readiness assessment through validation and live operational deployment.
• Prepare and validate backend data, including complex cleaning, transformation, and custom feature-engineering pipelines.
• Evaluate, train, select, and tune algorithms against defined mission metrics.
• Deploy and monitor models in hybrid-cloud and on-premises environments using automated performance, health, and data-drift tracking.
• Enforce version control, documentation, DevSecOps/MLOps governance, agency data-governance policies, and enterprise architecture baselines.
• Requires U.S. citizenship; TS/SCI clearance eligibility is preferred, with active TS/SCI and federal/DoD or highly regulated production AI experience preferred. Full-time role contingent upon contract award in Linthicum Heights, MD.
