AI Operations & Data Analyst

Job Description

• Full-time hybrid AI Operations & Data Analyst role based in Melville, NY; in-office Monday through Wednesday with remote work the remainder of the week.
• Develop and implement AI capabilities, data workflows, automation pipelines, and KPIs using confidential Field Service and service-operations data.
• Audit LLM summaries, automated customer updates, and predictive models; monitor reliability, bias mitigation, accuracy, and hallucination risks.
• Build Tableau/Power BI dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive narratives, and train stakeholders to use data-visualization solutions.
• Requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of related experience, and 3+ years in data or operations analytics, chain, or print management operations.
• Salary: $69,300–$103,770 annually; U.S. work authorization required, no visa sponsorship, and applicants must reside in the United States at hire.
