Job Description
• Accenture seeks an AI SDLC Transformation Manager to guide enterprise clients in redesigning software delivery as AI-native.
• Analyze value streams and flow metrics—including cycle time, flow efficiency, WIP, and throughput—to identify SDLC waste and bottlenecks.
• Design AI-native software definition, design, governance, and upstream SDLC workflows using agentic systems, creator/reviewer patterns, and tool orchestration.
• Lead change management, client influence, ongoing AI tooling research, and actionable transformation roadmaps across product, engineering, QA, security, and platform teams.
• Full-time role based in Beaverton, OR (+42 other locations); work mode is not specified; travel may range from 0% to 100%.
