Air Cargo Manager on Duty

Job Description

• Air cargo Manager-on-Duty role with Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. in Sterling, VA, supporting airport cargo operations; full-time and part-time positions are listed.
• Direct supervisory personnel, advise on staffing, administer discipline or corrective action, provide daily customer feedback, and liaise between first-level supervisors and upper management.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality, and employee relations while maintaining compliance with the corporate security program, TSA legislation, site-specific security plans, and company audits.
• Requires two to five years of management or specialist supervisory experience in field service duties, airline pricing experience, and a college degree or equivalent experience.
• Must work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and days off; must lift up to 35 lbs. and hold necessary licensing if applicable.
