Air Cargo Office Agent - CVG

Job Description

• Perform computer data entry, prepare flight documents, and complete import/export documentation for air cargo shipments.
• Coordinate cargo acceptance, distribution, bookings, TSA screening, airway bill data, flight manifests, and post-flight inventory.
• Interface with U.S. Customs, brokers, freight forwarders, customers, airline systems, and Airport Operational Area personnel while following DOT and site-security requirements.
• Maintain shipment records, process Customs Out/proof-of-delivery transactions, collect charges, answer calls, respond to emails, and prepare operational reports.
• Requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent, age 18+, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, operate cargo-handling equipment, work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays, and earn $20.00-$22.00/hour in Hebron, KY.
