Air Cargo Office Agent PIT

Job Description

• On-site Air Cargo Office Agent role with Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA; available full-time or part-time.
• Performs computer data entry, prepares flight and import/export documents, interfaces with U.S. Customs, and accepts/distributes cargo under air carrier and DOT regulations.
• Supports cargo sales by compiling customer lead lists, soliciting orders, quoting prices and terms, preparing sales contracts, and estimating delivery dates.
• Drives cargo-handling equipment, moves cargo up to 70 lbs., retrieves documents to and from aircraft, and follows WFS site-security procedures.
• Requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent, valid driver’s license and applicable airport permit, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays, and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
