Aircraft Maintenance Manager I (Deployable)

Job Description

• Manage aircraft maintenance operations, including planning, scheduling, inspections, repairs, budgets, records, and fleet airworthiness at the Cannon AFB location.
• Supervise maintenance personnel, establish work standards and shifts, enforce safety procedures, and coordinate with departments and stakeholders.
• Require a related bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of aviation experience, FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification, aircraft maintenance and inspection experience, and knowledge of FAA/EASA requirements.
• Require U.S. citizenship, a current/active Secret U.S. Security Clearance, DoD and Combatant Command deployment eligibility, a pre-deployment medical assessment, valid passport, international visa eligibility, and willingness to deploy OCONUS on an approximate 90/90 rotation.
• Full-time remote/work-from-home role associated with Cannon AFB, Clovis, NM; requires extended deployments, night/weekend shifts, travel, physical inspections, lifting up to 50 lbs, and work around loud environments and hazardous materials.
