Job Description
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive/corrective maintenance on helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft in an air medical transport operation.
• Diagnose mechanical, structural, basic avionics, electrical, and hydraulic issues and determine corrective actions using maintenance manuals and technical data.
• Maintain accurate FAA- and company-compliant logbooks, parts tracking, maintenance records, and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Support aircraft acceptance, return-to-service checks, quality control inspections, rapid-response readiness, and 24/7 operations, including on-call, night, weekend, and field work.
• Requires aircraft systems troubleshooting, airframe and powerplant maintenance, avionics inspection/minor repair, SMS practices, quality control, blueprint/wiring-diagram reading, and computerized maintenance tracking; education and prior experience are not specified.
