Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Perform safe, compliant, on-time, and efficient line maintenance on Avelo aircraft in Lakeland, FL.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled workloads, maintain aircraft ownership while on duty, and communicate with Team Leads, Maintenance Control, and Pilots.
• Apply aircraft systems troubleshooting, MEL/CDL procedures, Structural Repair Manual damage assessment, and FAA regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) and promote a “Safety Always” culture.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license, current valid driver’s license, U.S. work authorization, background check, and pre-employment drug screen; 3 years of aircraft experience is preferred.
