AN/TPY-2 CAM Senior Systems Engineer

Job Description

• Senior Control Account Manager / Systems Engineer supporting RTX’s AN/TPY-2 surface radar and missile-defense programs in the defense and aerospace industry.
• Onsite, full-time position in Colorado Springs, CO, leading financial and schedule management for cross-disciplinary teams through Earned Value Management, cost control, EAC/LRE tracking, variance reporting, and BCR generation.
• Requires a STEM degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, Microsoft Excel expertise, and an active and transferable U.S. government security clearance or ability to obtain an interim clearance before starting; U.S. citizenship is required.
• DoD Secret clearance, RTX EVM Certification, PMX Level 7 Certification, Raytheon CAM experience, PMX systems knowledge, Agile experience, and strong communication and deadline-management skills are preferred.
• Salary range: $86,800–$165,200 USD; RTX EVM Certification course is completed after hire if needed.
