Job Description
• Lead analyst development within a $15bn+ global multi-strategy hedge fund's Equity Long/Short research platform in New York, NY, on a hybrid, full-time basis.
• Analyze analyst workflows, research processes, productivity metrics, behavioral trends, and performance data to identify development opportunities.
• Build evaluation frameworks, dashboards, and reporting methodologies that support investment-team decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Translate quantitative findings into actionable feedback, provide coaching to analysts and research teams, and advise senior research leadership.
• Requires a strong statistical, analytical, or data science background; dashboard/reporting experience; and highly desirable prior experience in financial services, investment research, organizational development, talent analytics, behavioral analytics, management consulting, people analytics, or a related field.
