Analyst, Employee Stock Ownership Plans Investment Banking (New Grad – July 2027 Start)

Job Description

• Entry-level Analyst supporting ESOP formation, recapitalization, and capital markets transactions within Stout’s ESOP Investment Banking Team.
• Conduct industry and company research, financial statement and valuation analysis, cash flow modeling, and capital structure analysis.
• Prepare pitch books, presentations, client materials, and other deliverables using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI-enabled tools.
• Assist deal teams with live transactions, pitch assignments, client calls, and meetings while gaining exposure to private capital markets and sell-side execution.
• Requires pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; a 3.5+ GPA is preferred, relevant internship or extracurricular experience is preferred, and candidates must be eligible to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorship.
