Job Description
• Support day-to-day execution of Booking Holdings' Enterprise Risk Management program within the Risk & Controls function.
• Maintain ERM frameworks, processes, tools, and the GRC system used to identify, assess, monitor, and report risks.
• Track risk mitigation actions and resolution status, follow up with functional and brand risk teams, and escalate issues to ERM leadership.
• Produce dashboards, metrics, decks, memos, and summaries for risk monitoring and executive-level leadership reporting.
• Requires a related bachelor's degree; risk management, business, or finance concentration is a plus, along with exposure to COSO, ISO, controls standards, GRC tools, or project/program coordination.
• Full-time hybrid role in New York, NY, with two days in-office; NYC-metro base salary is $79,200-$96,800 plus potential annual bonus.
