Job Description

• Full-time Analyst supporting Ladd & Co.’s private-market mergers and acquisitions practice in the United States.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle across buy-side and sell-side mandates, including financial modelling, information memorandum preparation, valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, and close support.
• Work directly on live transactions involving privately held businesses, founder-led enterprises, family offices, and portfolio companies across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
• Requires 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, principal investing, professional services, or a directly relevant field, plus strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
• Requires discretion with confidential information, comfort working across jurisdictions and time zones, and the right to work in the relevant jurisdiction.
