Job Description
• Application Programmer with Randstad USA providing Level 3 production and technical support for payment-processing applications in Plano, TX.
• Monitor application health and payment processing, investigate and resolve incidents, perform transaction recovery, and restore platform stability.
• Support releases and infrastructure maintenance, coordinate global shift handoffs, and maintain operational procedures.
• Partner with application, middleware, database, and operations teams; required experience includes Containers, Mule ESB, WebSphere MQ, Spring-based services, payment-message flows, automation/scripting, capacity monitoring, and follow-the-sun support.
