Job Description
• Full-time, on-site Applications Programmer role with Interclypse, Inc. supporting Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems.
• Analyze functional business applications and design specifications across finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
• Develop software from detailed designs, create block diagrams and logic flowcharts, and test, debug, and refine applications.
• Prepare program-level and user-level documentation, improve software efficiency, and provide technical direction to programmers.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or three years of equivalent related experience, five years of computer experience in information systems design, and three years of application programming experience on large-scale DBMS.
