Applied AI ML Lead - AI Agents & Agentic Systems

Job Description

• JPMorganChase is hiring a full-time Applied AI ML Lead in New York, NY; work mode is not specified.
• Leads the design, experimentation, productionization, and optimization of scalable machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI, LLM, and agentic-system solutions for business problems.
• Requires an MS and/or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, at least 5 years of applied ML and data science experience, and at least 5 years of programming experience; intermediate Python is mandatory.
• Requires expertise in LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, PyTorch or TensorFlow, GPU optimization, fine-tuning, embeddings, inference, prompt engineering, evaluation, RAG, reasoning, context management, and advanced agentic capabilities.
• Subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and JPMorganChase review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.
